We just witnessed two impossible things happen. One, Donald Trump is POTUS. Two, a little known socialist from Vermont launched an issue driven campaign and nearly defeated the most powerful political machine in America.
Politically, all bets are off, but we do have a choice. We can go down with the ship in a blaze of fascist glory or correct our course as a nation. We have everything we need to build a thriving economy, give everyone a good education and healthcare, massively reduce our prison population, and become a world-renowned democracy again. The one key ingredient we are missing is a government that represents the people of this country. So let’s change that. We are going to recruit hundreds of Justice Democrats to run the biggest campaign this country has ever seen, and we’re going to replace every politician in Congress that puts the needs of corporate donors above people.
We are recruiting Justice Democrats to run a unified campaign for Congress in 2018. And we need all the help we can get.
Can’t think of anyone to nominate or don’t have the money to spare? No worries, there are still other ways to contribute to the movement.
