They are displaying this silly cultish image to the public while blowhards like Alex Jones and others talk about the Illuminati, then those blowhards can be publicly mocked and quoted. so that the public can dismiss quite easily any talk of international conspiracy because they just refer to the silly image put into their head. They want you aware of the imaginary threat, that way people are vaccinated from listening to any discussion of real groups that affect our world. As they say, "it's for the goy."
