Well it be about 200 or so to start or create an LLC. Then drop 20 or so month for a po box. Then 10 or more for a website.

It's really easy to create a company.

What are you sellin tho? Hoes? Pot? A product not created yet? Come on man.

Hmmm, I would not recommend that you begin with penny stocks yet because there is a high risk of failure if you come across a company that is basically attempting to dump stocks and offload them for quick cash. I have been looking into penny stocks and will get into them eventually, but the best thing you can do is research each company individually. It seems to me the closer they are to the inception stage, and if they are dedicating some of their capital to Research & Development, there is a better chance of the penny stock rising up high.

I know next to nothing about crowdfunding aside from Kickstarter. There are a few projects I wish I jumped on early, but its so hard to find the promising ones before everybody else has already thrown money at them.

I've got $60,000 in a penny stock. Well, two actually. Fannie Mae (FNMA) and Freddie Mac (FMCC). These are the last two companies under government control from the financial crisis. Trump's pick for Treasury Secretary has said some very positive things about them. He is expected to get confirmed by the Senate this week.

These companies are about to head to the moon. Get in while you still can.

I'll gladly answer questions about them. I've been following both companies, with their respective legal and legislative battles for the last 3 years.

I retired in my forties with big dumb mutual funds. I believe the Vanguard STAR fund lets you buy in with just $1000. It's usually $3000. 9.38% average annual return since 1985. Can you reliably beat that with penny stocks OP, assuming no crystal ball or magic powers?

Disclaimer: I am not an investment advisor. Invest at your own risk. Maybe the world will end and you'll lose all your money. Etc. etc. Blah blah.
