Founded in 1926, Kanetetsu Delica Foods manufactures Surimi (boiled fish-paste) products at our factory in Kobe, Japan. In 1990 the company implemented a no artificial preservatives policy for all products. In 2006 JSA awarded the ISO22000 certification to Kanetetsu Delica Foods. Recently, the company acquired a patented manufacturing method to ensure food safety while creating original food products.
