I personally despise the current clown in chief right down to his tiny piss soaked, size 5 jackboots...but I'm willing to lay aside all of my problems to have a reasonable discussion about why Trump sides with Putin on a constant basis.

It could be something as simple as he admires and agrees with Putin on a fundamental, ideological level. Consequentially, an attack on Putin could feel like a personal attack (to him). Furthermore, he surrounds himself with people (like Bannon) who constantly reinforce their extreme brand of ethno-nationalism.

What evidence would you say lead you to believe (or made you skeptical) that the Kremlin or any other foreign agency had serious blackmail on him?

He attacks and has spoken negatively about literally EVERY OTHER LEADER/COUNTRY aside from Russia. Why would he never ever give even an inch on his support for a country and a leader that we've been enemies with or at the very least, had very strained relations with for years? The way he talks about Putin is bizarre. Only Putin though

There comes a time when even the most ardent skeptic has to admit that the number of "coincidences" starts to become a serious pattern. The evidence of his ties to Russia is staggering. And Putin's political atrocities and history of extreme blackmail is well-documented.

This many "coincidences" don't just happen. It's a pattern. It's well documented that Putin is doing this all over the world. Sorry but where there is smoke, there is fire. All you have to do is follow the money.
