Advice on driving to EFL Cup Final please.... (self.reddevils)

Think I've got tickets for the cup final (well United have taken a chunk of money out of my acc anyway!!). I'll be driving down to Wembley sadly. Having never driven down there before I'd appreciate if anyone could give me some tips on best places to park & places to avoid etc...

I know Wembley has advice on their site, but I'd prefer some proper advice from people who've actually done it too!

Any help appreciated.

Don't drive unless you absolutely have to.

Take the train there and use the Metropolitan line to get to Wembley Park station instead. That way, you can grab a post game pint.

Sadly I have to.... lord knows I wouldn't ever want to drive down. Due to a ridiculous amount of pre-arranged other stuff that weekend I'm stuck with driving as an only option.

It's a nightmare, I'd even go down the route of saying I'd rather not go to Wembley if I'd have to drive

He could drive down to Hillingdon or Ickenham station, park there, take the tube towards Aldgate and get down at Wembley Park station. Might save him some time.
