I don't think so. Thai alphabet system, unlike both Chinese and Japanese character systems, almostly supports the english pronunciation except "V" which is the mix sound between "w" and "f". Actually, the problem of Thai Students depends on the quality of English teacher.

+taseronify To sustain top-of-mind awareness, in marketing speak. So you always associate good car with BMW or good cup noodle with Nissin. That requires different marketing strategies than just building brand awareness - hence the quirky ads.

I've never seen a Rolls-Royce ad but I know it's a powerful brand. Producing a quality product is the best marketing. Good product will sell by itself. Like Krispy Kreme... like Zara which has no ad budget. I think ads are necessary for announcing new products or services but imaging ads about an existing brand is an indicator of a flaw in the product.

Honestly, learning languages through conversation is the most effective way I can think of, and it improves your accent at the same time. Your English grammar is very good, so just speak more. I'm not a native speaker either. From my learning experience, as long as your accent is at a reasonable level, most people don't really care that much. Overall, language is only a tool for communication.

+username I teach English to Japanese people, and many times, if I say something like, "olive oil" or even "magazine," it takes a few tries for them to understand that I'm just saying ORI-BU OIRU and MAGAJIN (zasshi) in a "native" way. I think the reverse happens, too. It's not the ear's fault; it's the brain's habit.
