Hi fellow Mgtow brothers

So I want to quit the curse of chasing Women which I think we all can agree is a good thing. However I have a problem because whenever I stop chasing Women I end up watching too much porn to an unhealthy degree. So I guess what I'm asking is besides women and porn, what other avenues can I place my sexual energy into so it has a place to express itself?

Aside from that, think practically. Determine the circumstances (time of day, room, device, etc.) which usually lead you to watch porn and plan ahead so that you avoid it.
