Hi fellow Mgtow brothers

So I want to quit the curse of chasing Women which I think we all can agree is a good thing. However I have a problem because whenever I stop chasing Women I end up watching too much porn to an unhealthy degree. So I guess what I'm asking is besides women and porn, what other avenues can I place my sexual energy into so it has a place to express itself?
