I've found that jobs where there is more risk to bodily harm are more MGTOWish.

But honestly man just find a company you like with a job you enjoy. The interview is a two way street.

You're beyond lucky to be in IT. There are TONS of IT jobs these days and you can easily find a startup that will happily hire you. And guess what, women avoid startups like the plague; unless they're already successful, of course. Women want a stable paycheck, period. Women want to be around money, not around uncertainty. "Let's go on a long sea voyage with danger and uncertainty, but bonding with your fellow mates and a small chance of finding treasure", said no woman ever.

If you're willing to take a bit of risk in applying for startups, you'll find there are hardly any women applying to the same jobs.

Also, you can get remote roles in IT, if I am not wrong; it's just the nature of the job. You have to login and be competent. Who cares exactly where your ass is positioned as long as the work gets done?

You may have to compromise on salary, though, because with remote IT, you're competing with folks in countries where the cost of living isn't that high.
