I will keep this short: I’ve been wondering why none of the Customs and Border Patrol workers at the various airports have been found in contempt. US Marshals, which work for the Judicial Branch, should have been directed to serve orders and, of those orders are not followed, to follow a judge’s order and hold people in contempt. This tweet explains things:

The Marshals have been ordered to take orders from the US Attorney. I am not a lawyer. I don’t know what, if anything, can be done about this, but we need to get to word out far and wide. The Trump/Bannon regime will simply ignore the law if they want to.

Edit: after talking to my brother, turns out I was wrong. Marshals are DOJ, so the courts have no enforcement mechanism. Still scary, tho.
