Honestly, this is getting ridiculous. The guy should never, ever, ever have got elected without the voters knowing the full scope of his conflicts of interest. And yet he did. Why? Because the media had to constantly jump to more recent bullshit, thus diminishing the impact of the previous bullshit.
None of the scandalously antidemocratic things he's done since being elected has had the full impact it should among voters, and unless the way the media has been covering him changes, this will not change either.
Journalists need to focus on a single story, and not let go until he folds. The tax returns are the perfect issue: it's preposterous that he hasn't shown them yet. If the major newspapers in America pulled together, and published "WHERE ARE TRUMP'S TAX RETURNS" in every front page every day, the issue would not go away. He wouldn't be able to dodge it.
