New to the Club (self.reddevils)

Hey all, I'm entirely new to the premier league, and more generally, soccer. I've decided to pick Manchester United as my favorite team mainly because I grew up watching Wayne Rooney terrorize defenders. Also he was unstoppable in many of the FIFA games I played as a kid.

I have a few questions: 1) I've read a lot of controversy about our manager, what's going on with that? 2) Anything you guys could tell me about the status of the team? I know they're not in the spot that they maybe should be in, but I'd like to hear from you all.

I'm new to all this but I'm not new to sports so don't think I'm a complete newbie Thanks!

haha, nah I'm just kidding. We have played some good matched this season but our finishing has let us down. We have had draws against some teams that we should be winning if we want to contend for the title. We are in the final of the League Cup, huge opportunity to win a trophy. The next rounds of the FA Cup and Europa League are this month, that's about it really

I have to read up on all of these different leagues and tournaments. Really love how one team can play in several different leagues at once. Thanks for the info though.
