DISCLAIMER : I'm not going to discourage anybody from lifting but it's time to acknowledge facts BB may not be as healthy as it preached. Men must be encouraged to do old-fashioned sports instead of useless lifting.

Intensive exercises, bulking, enormous protein intake, inflamation of the joints may cause heart disease, cancer, kidney failure, weakening of immune system or injury.
There is long list of dead young bodybuilders (google dead bodybuilders -available online).
Men do it for ego and women. I find it funny their consider themselves alpha types but are so full vanity like women. If they would be no mirrors in fitness centers majority of members would drop out. Bodybuilding has no major health benefits, it is much better to play sports on fresh air and it's actually fun.
HEART FAILURE

The study connects heavy lifting to the risk of tearing your aorta, the large valve through which blood exits the heart
JOINT INJURY
- A negative aspect of bodybuilding is often the development of overuse injuries. Bodybuilding puts a significant strain on the joints, especially when you lift enough to induce hypertrophy

- Just Lift, Bro is complete bullshit. Sports, HIIT, BodyWeight,Yoga training bring more health/mental benefits without risks. Lifting will make you LESSER MAN when injury/health problem will happen to you.
