1) Why is 1984 selling like crazy?

Kellyanne Conway justified the press secretary's lies about the size of the inauguration crowd, that Trump told him to tell the press, by saying they're just 'alternative facts'.

2) Why is Bannon being referred to as the "president"?

Not entirely sure tbh

Alternative facts (ɔlˈtɜrnətɪv fækts):

noun, singular: alternative fact

  1. When truth is so unfavorable to a pathological liar, that they must invent a whole new category of lies to describe their nakedly intentional acts of deception.

Kellyanne Conway told CNN that the President and his Press Secretary presented alternative facts about inauguration photographs that prove conclusively how few people attended the ceremony.

(1) Fact is 1984 has always been selling like crazy.

(2) American People prefer Bannon over Trump as the President.
