1 (bad) way to look at it: #MuslimBan a convenient distraction from still-as-yet-undelivered ACA replacement. A "breather" for some in GOP.

re: #MuslimBan GOP source tells me privately Ryan "seething" but waiting for right moment 2 com. Ryan stands to gain/lose most in any scen.
