It's no secret actually. Men break their backs to please women. What man would destroy his body and risk his life outside of a war if not for a woman and by extent his family? The nicer clothes, the fatter paycheck, nicer car, bigger house. In fact, Stardusk had been PM'd by multiple men about how they just lost motivation once they took the Red Pill. I myself is one such man. I lost total motivation.

All I have left is my drive to get in better shape for myself and to earn more money for myself. I care a lot less about several things. I tend to wear the same colors everyday. Before, I wore different colors. I used to always worry if my hair was presentable or not.

Hypergamy does motivate men. One dude in r/relationships tried to best hypergamy. He started working out, getting promoted at work, redid his wardrobe, bought a nicer car and so on. But of course a man of reason spoke. He said, "That's great and all but what is your wife doing the entire time? Nothing." Realizing this is how I learned that dealing with women, hypergamy, and competing with other men over a female was a fools game.

Hypergamy does push to improve and compete. The woman as stated above does nothing. And we all know how devastated men are when the woman takes all that he earned. And why? He was so extremely vested in the dream.
