I'm 19 and my friend is 20, we've been through a lot together. We got over addiction, developed an app and now are venturing into a new business opportunity. Here's the catch, my friend was born in Mexico and came here illegally as a baby. His family has settled in nicely though, they've started two successful businesses, own a nice beautiful house and their daughter goes to private school. However due to certain complications he may not be able to get a citizenship and with trump in office he's being encouraged to move to Canada. He's had his fair share of hot women but thinks Canadian girls are different (probably because of Robin from HIMYM). His long term goal is to get married and he talks about it all the time. Whenever I bring up marriage stats he just gives me the NAWALT. What can I do to convince him that marriage isn't the same as when his parents married? He's a good man, and very ambitious. I don't want to see him get burned in the future so I need to convince him now
