So simply because a group is oppressed their problematic actions are forgiven? I would wager actions matter more than words and Islamic actions have shown them to the be the exact opposite of a religion of peace, regularly condoning the right kind of violence against homosexuals, transsexuals, crossdressers, women who are non-compliant, apostates, kafirs, blasphemers (often moderates who are accused), and "cursed children" (mentally or physically disabled or diseased children who are exiled or killed for their dysfunction). Not to mention the precedent set for child brides being following in the path of the prophet and eroticizing even prepubescent children. Don't you feel like you enable the oppression of all the listed groups by deliberately ignoring Islamic countries' long history for holding them in contempt, silencing them, and punishing them by death, beating, etc?

If intent is all that matters and not the standard to which the effected group holds certain words then clearly one can say words like "nigger", "faggot", "kike", "retard", "spic" etc. if their intention is not deliberately hurtful?
