How long will it last? (self.MGTOW)

A good friend of mine got married a few years back. They have a 2 year old now.

He's a fun guy but irresponsible. Buys a lot of video games, comic books, and other junk he never uses. Likes weed a bit too much. Low paying temp jobs.

His wife is more responsible. Higher paying job, no weed, etc. She gets frustrated with his weed smoking and spending habits. So far things are working, but as we all know women will gradually get more discontent with everything. He's the more attractive one in the relationship, but that only goes so far.

So yeah. I'm pretty cynical about the long term viability of this relationship. I don't say anything of course. Too late to change his mind now.

What do you guys think?

You never know, it might last a lot longer. If he is irresponsible and doesn't pay attention to her, she'll probably try that much harder.

It's the George Costanza thing. Do the exact opposite of what you think is going to work and it'll work :)

It's up to your mentality. You say he is the attractive one. Women thinking about world is unpredictable. May be you are his wife and you want to know what we are thinking about you because in your mind u fixed like this "I'm a Unicorn and I'm not like those women". The truth is when he get in a accident or something happens in his life, women in his life bails on him and blames him. The problem with the society is they want everything from us and they are not giving us anything in return. We have enough of this shit. Relationships become one sided. No one care about us. The truth is women are become more "Materialistic". They just want the resources we provide not us.
