Nah, this is why they argue so vehemently for free birth control and abortions. They are at least self-aware enough to understand that they have zero ability to control their actions. Just think of them as overgrown children with junk food available - you wouldn't expect the child to abstain, there needs to be an authority figure directing them.

If they're alone in a room with a guy that gives them "muh tingles", it's game over, modern women will go all the way on a whim. So if there's sex, there's going to be children.

The birth rates in many countries are crashing. We are looking at reduction in world population in the next generation.

Population levels have crashed in the past but only because of outside influences. Population level crashes have always had dire consequences for the next generation. Generally, increasing population size has been good for standards of living.
