I've been a long time reader of TRP and MGTOW, more recently MRA. I'm the prototypical Alpha -> Married -> Blue Pill -> Wife Branch Swung -> Divorce Rapes -> Miss My Children Like Hell customer of these subs. This isn't a Field Report though, so enough introductions.
The Red Pill, as an idea, is the prevailing ideology. In and of itself it defines the problem men face in western society. Herein lies the fundamentals (AWALT, Hypergamy, Misogyny, Divorce Rape, etc) and from this ideology, there have developed movements to handle this:
MGTOW (Withdrawal): Now that we understand the system, we're bowing out.
PUA (Exploitation): Now that we understand the system we're taking it for everything we can.
MRA (Advocacy): Now that we understand the system we want to change it.
MRP (Defense): Now that we understand the system and we already have skin in the game, we want to protect ourselves.
I'm sure there are other movements but this seems like the the main four.
Why is this important?
There seems to be a pretty unhealthy dose of MGTOW vs MRA vs TRP vs PUA etc etc etc. As a whole, this is a very important movement for future generations if indeed we don't see change in this generation. Unfortunately, as a young movement being defined by the very people who need it, the definition shifts greatly between groups and lines become gray.
Largely, however, each group serves the same ideology. This is much the same as many religions serve the same core values - and look what happens when they argue the response to those idea's: religious war.
Realistically, few will sign up to an extreme of MGTOW / PUA / MRA but find themselves somewhere in the middle - and supporting each other in that endeavor will prove to be fruitful at a much higher level. This is the eco-system of which we can thrive where we DON'T all have to agree how we're going act on the same ideology.
