Whats the point of relationships? (self.MGTOW)

Just a mgtow thought, although it seems stupid. But whats the point of having a partner if you don't plan on reproducing? Isn't that the whole function of a relationship to build and eventually reproduce? Now I know not everybody has children, as to those people, are they just together for status? What if you happen to not give a fuck about status since it's backwards anyway? Nobody gives a shit, and especially in todays self centered world. Whats the point? Surely you're just wasting the womans bait of her looks?

Everyone has their own agendas for what they desire from life, what a relationship's intended purpose is is moot. It can be for procreation, it could be because they want to live a couples' lifestyle. Perhaps they have some kind of fairytale-esque set of knowledge and skills that complement one another's lives so well they want to build on that.

What if you happen to not give a fuck about status since it's backwards anyway?

Then that wouldn't be an asset for a relationship for you?

Essentially; people are stupid. Brilliant. I would ask, how come pretty much everybody strives for a relationship? But I already had the answer. Not claiming to be Einstien over here, in fact I'm the stupidest motherfucker around. It was just an epiphany.
