Because the other 6,999,792,000 people who are not stupid enough to sign up to /r/bitcoin just don't care at all about bitscoin. Only these 8,000 here find butters funny in a pathetic kind of way. I am guessing that those others 6 billion etc. find them just repulsive.

For example, we laugh at those butters who think that 3,000,000 blockchain.info "users" are actually using bitcoin. Or that 200,000 subscribers to a subreddit mean 200,000 readers...

r/bitcoin, a community for 6 years, finally surpasses 200,000 subscribers. <pfffft>

Meanwhile, r/MemeEconomy, a community for less than 4 months, already has 105,000 subscribers.

Only an idiot can't see where the trend is. Sorry for your loss

Obviously you don't get the trend.

Let me spell it out for you.

It has taken r/bitcoin 6 solid years to amass 200,000 subscribers. Another six years and maybe you reach 400,000;

At the rate they're going, r/MemeEconomy will reach 200,000 by the summer, 400,000 by the end of the year.

Six years from now, that'll be 1.2 million subscribers.

That's what I call an enthusiastic marketplace

Time to move your investments
