Following up my previous posting, now it's looking more and more like the virtual currency exchange hitbtc.com has been hacked.

• Users complaining in their trollbox and their web forum about deposits and withdrawals not working. Admittedly only a few, but this is a low-traffic exchange, and I don't see any postings from users reporting normal operation.
• My BTC deposit made about two days ago hasn't been credited.

And:

• No response from support.
• No official announcement on their Twitter feed.
• No official announcement on their Facebook page.
• No official announcement on their blog.
• No official announcement on their internal web forum.

I did see a couple of brief but very vague statements in their trollbox from a moderator or two.
