Right so you banned my under rule 2, 4 and 5. The mod team then took my right to reply away. I NEVER even came near to breaking rule 2 as I kept saying repeated (and since I was on the WhereisAssange sub actually) that I thought it likely Assange was alive. After rule 2 was in I never said I thought he wasnt in the embassy and if you read my posts I was making a case which compromised between those who thought he was missing or dead and those who thought he was in the embassy. I said it was possible that he was not in the same room as Hannity for security reasons, though he was happy to be in the same room as the Argentinian interviewer. ANYONE can read that. I have worked in conference security and I know that is a very big possibility as Hannity may not have been a trusted person to be face to face with Assange. You then went about saying I was saying Assange was missing which I never said, you called me a liar etc. What am I to think of you if you are trying so hard to supress any discussion? What am I to think of you when the very premis of Wikileaks is to support free speech and fight censorship. They are fighting governments who tell people not to ask questions or it might make the state look bad. The point is to find the truth. I have been a moderate. I am told by your friend CorrectheRubharb that you have been wanting to ban me for some time and were just waiting for a chance. WHY? I am one of the most moderate and rational speakers there - is that the reason? I mean what is your agenda?
In any case you have written I was banned under rule 2, 4, and 5. Now noone is banned under rule 2. Though it is clear I never came near to breaking rule 2 I was banned while others were actually breaking rule 2 and you were placating them. As the rule is not there for banning now and as I never broke it I ask that you revoke your ban. As to calling you a shill anyone could see I was having a private discussion. The person I replied to has deleted his post but that post was so full on discussing you and another and addressed to me I thought it was a private message. You have called me a liar when clearly I havent done anything anyone by law could call a lie. Indeed by law I could take you to court for liable and slander. I wouldnt of course because it really doesnt matter. When you speak that way everyone sees that you are breaking Reddit's rules.
I have requested you unban me. I will indeed go to the admins if you do not, as even under your own rules you have incorrectly banned me. Against reddit rules you have misrepresented me, hounded and abused me and called me a liar.

I'm sorry I listed rule #2 that wasn't involved it was just 4 & 5. You altered your claims to try to avoid rule #2 but I guess technically you didn't break it. Lets go over what you said to me. You claimed that I read your private messages. I imagine you don't know how mods work with Reddit but we have very little power. It's impossible for me to have looked at your private message but even after that was pointed out you were very happy to repeat that over and over again (Making yourself look foolish) even making posts on the Julian's dead sub. You also made the claim that I deleted a message while you were typing it which again is impossible. Until it is saved it doesn't appear on the board. Again another lie you have said about me. No by law you could not take me to court for slander and you sound foolish and ignorant for saying that. Do you realize what main rules of Reddit are? I don't think you do. You lied about me several times and I have the messages and posts saved as proof. Going to the admins will do nothing. We can run the sub however we want to. That said as you saw we backed off on rule #2 which was only use on one person JusticiaChristos and our exchanges after the fact means she won't be allowed on this sub ever again.

I'm not trying to suppress discussion. You and I were going back and forth and in the process you broke several rules against me. The only users recently banned were simply because they got rude and nasty and broke rules 4 & 5 multiple times like what you did. You were already on your second warning and just one of the violations of the rules was enough to ban you let alone multiple offenses. You threatened to report me to the administrators which I didn't take as a threat because you would have just been making yourself look silly. You didn't break rule 2 and I shouldn't have listed it but you certainly broke 4,5.

By the way that thread about censoring the group is still up and all your comments are up there also. We didn't censor anything. You keep making that false claim. If we were doing all this censoring why would we keep these threads up? The rule was hardly in effect and we realized it wasn't good how it was implemented.

Hey I saw that Thorium gave you another warning. I just wanted to give you some recommendations. Obviously avoid calling another user a shill or whatever associated with it but also be careful about general shill statements not directed at anyone. I don't consider those breaking the rules because they aren't directed at a user but I think some of the other mods might. Plus when you make a general statement about shills but depending how you say it it can be interpreted as attacking the comment you are replying to. I can understand your frustrations and just be careful and stick with the topic and avoid making it personal. If you end up getting banned don't freak out. We get users who shit themselves and then make it way worse. Contacting mod mail and apologizing will likely get us to lift the ban. Please remember that if you end up getting banned. Even if it's from me I would need you to contact the mod mail so it is shown you apologized and asked for the ban to be lifted. Hopefully it doesn't get to that!

Thanks ventuckyspaz. After Thorium gave me another warning I went through my previous posts to make sure there was no shill insinuation, hope I erased any of that. It's wonderful you took the time to write to me and I really appreciate that. I'm taking all your advice on board.

- Called me a shill multiple times and 2 other users shills. This is enough since you already were on your second warning to get banned over.
- Accused me of reading your private messages which is impossible for me to do.
- Accused me of deleting a post you were writing as you were doing so again impossible for me to do.
- Accuse me of vote manipulation.
- Call me a criminal.
- Accuse the mods of "anything even the most illegal action when targeting someone"
- Accuse me of censoring your posts when it was just caught in the automod.

There is no way in hell I would unban you. The other mods have my back. Please go to the admins and make yourself look like a fool. I took time out of my day to review everything so you are aware why I am saying no. Besides all this you send a request to unban without an apology and with a threat to go to the admins. So most definitely no.
