Why do you guys not want kids? (self.MGTOW)

Hey, I'm 13 years old and I'm just wondering why you guys don't want kids. I'm unsure if it's because they can get taken away from you or if it's because you don't want to raise them in general. Thanks.

After about an hour or so around people, I need to be left alone for awhile.

Children are the opposite of that, for years. I'd rather not get psychotically angry at a little thing I'm supposed to care for because it's loud and noisy and basically doing the things that are normal for children.

It's a huge moral and financial responsibility, they consume a huge amount of your time and I can't think of any reason whatsoever to have them in the first place. There's nothing better about having children than not having them.

I'd love to have a son. However women are the massive roadblock to that, and I don't have 150k in my back pocket to blow on a surrogate child.

But, not all dreams become reality, that's life.

Put it like this. Imagine going to the pet shop to pick out 2 gold fish knowing that back at home you've setup a bowl with lovely clean water for them to swim in with plants and a lot of space.

I see kids as going to the pet shop buying fish knowing full well they'll end up swimming in toilet water.

That's how I see society -> completely fucked and ruined and I wouldn't contribute to the suffering of another by bringing a life involuntarily into it.

I barely make enough money to feed myself, taking on a wife and kids would be hugely irresponsible for me even if I wanted to. If we lived in a different era when women respected their husbands and a man with a high school degree could feed his family on what he makes at the meat packing plant, then I would absolutely do it, if for no other reason than to carry on the family name. My dad was so proud to have a son that he gave me his name, and I always wanted a son of my own to be the Third until I realized that that's probably not going to happen.
