I hope this doesn't get interpreted the wrong way. If your wife knows that you need sex and is starving for it, and doesn't care or do anything about it, then she probably doesn't respect you.
This is not some macho bullshit. Loving people tend to each other's needs (not just sex) on a daily basis. There are options in case of health problems or libido, too. Oral goes a long way.

Used panties aren't cheap. I think they range in the $75+ range. If he's buying a normal Twitter/IG models panties then it would be less expensive. If he's going for a known model then they could be very expensive.

For what it's worth, I was in the same position this time last year.
No sex. Lots of porn. No used parties though...
I was considering cheating for a long time.
Found TRP. Changed a lot about me and how I spoke to my SO.
Sex about 3 times a week and a much healthier relationship.
My advice. Do the same. But don't go hardcore RP immediately. Ease into it and never get too extreme. A lot of TRP is pretty intense. A little bit at a time can really improve your life though.
