Europe astonished the free ride is over. Brexit and now this?!? How will we pay for the refugees we took in with no regards to the economic or sociological impact?

What free ride, lol? The only country to ever invoke NATO is the US.
NATO is nothing but a benefit to this country.
It's hilarious you people play right into Russias hands.
The United Kingdom should be cut off from Europe.
1
Russia should use its special forces within the borders of the United States to fuel instability and separatism, for instance, provoke "Afro-American racists". Russia should "introduce geopolitical disorder into internal American activity, encouraging all kinds of separatism and ethnic, social and racial conflicts, actively supporting all dissident movements – extremist, racist, and sectarian groups, thus destabilizing internal political processes in the U.S. It would also make sense simultaneously to support isolationist tendencies in American politics."
2
Russia needs to create "geopolitical shocks" within Turkey. These can be achieved by employing Kurds, Armenians and other minorities.
3
Ukraine should be annexed by Russia because "“Ukraine as a state has no geopolitical meaning, no particular cultural import or universal significance, no geographic uniqueness, no ethnic exclusiveness, its certain territorial ambitions represents an enormous danger for all of Eurasia and, without resolving the Ukrainian problem, it is in general senseless to speak about continental politics". Ukraine should not be allowed to remain independent, unless it is cordon sanitaire, which would be inadmissible.
4
Georgia should be dismembered. Abkhazia and "United Ossetia" (which includes Georgia's South Ossetia) will be incorporated into Russia. Georgia's independent policies are unacceptable.[1]

The Russian propganada is seriously having an affect in America, its fucking strange. Cold War wasn't that long ago, people have goldfish memories. Mitt Romney the last Republican presidential candidate called Russia Americas biggest geopolitical enemy and people laughed but he was dead right and now Trump is on the opposite side of the fence and wants to be besties. The fuck is going on!

It's the internet.
Social media forever changed the propaganda game and Russia has won it.
[–]DaseinHahaha [score hidden]  (1 child)
It's far from over, don't over estimate the value of one American election.
[–]007meow [score hidden]  (0 children)
They're so far ahead and they've already entrenched themselves in the American mindset.
Add to that that western countries are far more susceptible to this kind of manipulation compared to Russia or China.

Let's just pretend you didn't cite Wikipedia as a credible source to explain geopolitics.
Now, there's no denying that NATO serves U.S. and allied interests. There's also no denying that the non-us allies have chronically underfunded their defense programs. For some time now it's been at the point where their militarily useful contributions are only in niche areas and heavily dependent on the US provision of everything else. It's not absurd to argue that this should change, particularly in the context of the shift of U.S. strategic focus towards Asia (as per Obama) and the coming need for the US to recapitalize it's military that has been worn down by continuing commitments.

I can't even begin.. How about this. Let's start a company that is as successful as Volkwagen even though they cheated.
Brexit and now this?!?
Or.. UK can.
Germany makes cars.
UK pretends they still make Minis (actually Germany does).
Soo
Europe astonished the free ride is over.
WTF!
How will we pay for the refugees
With those low low wages... as we always have.
