I mean that is the THIRD time this season he was relatively brutally took down by the defender and no one cares. No mention from media, pundits, opponents, in highlights.

That is foul for me. I don't care it was unsuccessful finishing and the ball was not there already. Defender simply mistimed his tackle, didn't play the ball and took the Martial down.
