Don't speak with them unless it is required. Don't engage in gossip. When hearing gossip, just say you are more into your job than drama (or something), be good at your job, smile, but don't engage in friendships with them or try to gain their friendship.

I have tried to befriend women - they always stab you in the back. I have tried to befriend manginas, they become whiteknights and talk shit about you to the women.

It is best to be just slightly anti-social, but always smile, say hello, good morning, and the like.

Can't tell you how many opportunities you will have to keep your mouth shut when you disengage. Find like minded people and be just a little bit more polite to them.

Smiling is key - without smiling you'll be seen as angry and not fitting in - with a smile, not engaging, not gossiping - you'll be seen as a professional.

Remain silent for your 90 days probation while becoming a top performer. Soon as it is up, anyone who crosses your boundaries or disrespects you, you make an example out of them, especially the hot princess women who thinks she can be a total cunt. To any potential reprisal from the company, you act completely indifferent and state that "you'll start looking for a new job." (even though you won't be) This prevents them from firing you even if they want to. Document, document, document. The more they attempt to do to you, the less you perform. Eventually collect employment insurance. Rinse and repeat. There's really not much you can do besides that in crappy office women politic environments.
