I couldn't see a specific thread for this topic, so here goes: Where in gods name is Luke Shaw? I can't see him on any injury list so is he just being frozen out?

Most likely being eased back in. He just came back from a serious injury... plus he's been dealing with a groin injury for most of the season.

He's being tested. He's incredibly young and had to deal with "YOU'RE GOING TO BE THE BEST BRITISH LEFT BACK FOR THE NEXT 10 YEARS AND MIGHT BE ONE OF THE BEST IN THE WORLD" when he was like 17 years old. That's fucked up.

The team is performing really well and he has to prove in training that he's fit and ready to actually contribute to what the team needs.

Man United is also surely working on his diet, as he tends to gain weight - he's never been actually fat by normal standards, but his body fat % has clearly been way higher than what's ideal or acceptable for a modern footballer.

There's loads to work on before he can be a starter for Man United. The English media - yet again - misguided an entire nation by confusing potential with a final product.
