I am not sure if we can ship your orders together. But we can definitely still take your order. Please be reminded that the connectors, adapters and cables are not interchangeable so you have to buy one complete set of each kind at least

This is what was decided to make the packing of your rewards easier. We have to somehow find a way to make packing the rewards of almost 3000 backers more manageable and avoid mistakes as much as possible. We are on KS because we are just starting out. We do not have a big warehouse nor do we have a big working space with dozens of people. We have to work under constraints and find the best possible way to do our job for the benefit of everyone.

You are all KS backers. We are not forcing you to send that email. It just helps our shipping team with sending the rewards and it is only for that reason it is being prioritized. Now, if you do not wish to send that email that is perfectly fine. Your reward will still be shipped but it will just take a bit more time because we have to sift through thousands of names of KS backers.

Sorry, but it is too late to change now because we have started shipping the 2-in-1 MagBolt rewards. They are being shipped in batches and I am not sure which batch yours belongs to. I am awaiting the list that our shipping team is getting from our shipper so I can send the tracking number to our backers.
To go further then Nova Chawla you by placing the Kickstarter reply's behind the email replies breaks rules and those of us who feel upset about how we are being treated need to report this to KIckstarter. This way Creators will know and follow the rules set by kickstarter.
I am still unsure of where I am supposed to get my shipping confirmation number for your email from, I asked in a previous comment but you did not respond...you only told me that if i didn't email you would put me at the back of the list which seems very unfair...

sorry guys, I'm really late with that, but I received a new smartphone as Christmas present and it's with usb-c. I pledged in the past the normal kit with 2 pairs usb (not usb c). Is it possible to change to one normal usb and one usb-c? Or have you still shipped my pledge?
