i would not expect a response these guys are no longer around. their latest thing got suspended by kickstarter. like randy said these cables are not that good. i was going to kick a different thing and then noticed that they had just reused pictures from a Chinese site. the main person is the exact same person as the guys here.
after continued use (micro usb), the connector is on the "big" side. and by that i mean it causes most of the other cables i have to be "loose" and require "adjustments" to be recognized forcing me to now have to pretty much use this cable over others. which frustrates me because it means 1) i basically have to carry this cable everywhere, 2) be aware that it's orientation dependent, and 3) hope to never lose the tip which will cause my device to be nearly impossible to use in the future unless i buy a new cable.

I plug first the connector in my iphone (it says once it's not compatible and then disappear) then the cable and it recharges really well and the magnet is quite strong. At least strong enough, you can put some strength pulling it on the side and it stays plugged, when you put strength by pulling it on the top it looses, but that's also the point, it has to disconnect easily!
For those who haven't got their cable now, don't be afraid it's a cool product !!!

The good cable connects and disconnects flawlessly while the other takes some forcing to get on and off and is clenched so tight that it will even pull off the micro usb dongle with it regularly. I don't want a refund per say but i would like to receive at least a new cable to replace this seemly ill fitting defective one.

What a piece of junk this cable is. Such scummy people to actually sell this. I want a refund, alas I know the creator will never willing give back money.

The cable charges the iPhone really slowly...I've been using it for over a month now and the iPhones battery's gone a bit weird. Only started to have problems with my iPhone battery after I started to use the cable
FYI...I have discovered another thing, I think it is the same with the Data sync, is that it seems that the wiring is reversed. Data sync and Fast charge will work only in one direction.
Only noticed with my fast charger, that after a couple of hours, my phone was only charged 30-40% and when i reversed the connector, it picked up the fast charger and charged my phone heaps quicker.
Not a major issue nor does that bother me on my end, just letting you guys and others know about it and if any other users have the same issue.

After 3 weeks of using the lightning-cable stops working. Testet with iphone 5, 5+ and 6. the message that the cable isn't certified is a poor sign of bad business. This cable is a expensive piece of rubbish

Received the Micro USB cables...Awesome.. but i have noticed, that the data sync will only work in one way, with the USB symbol on the back... Getting the following warning pop-up "Unrecognisable USB...." when have the USB logo facing on top on the micro USB end.

@iBrotech - I found out the problem. I ordered 2 Lightning cables. One of the connectors is defective. The other connector works fine. It charges with both the Apple charger and Anker charger. How can I get a replacement connector sent out? The cable is fine. Thanks.
@Zachary Turko take into account that the standard USB 2.0, you will only be able to draw out a max of 0.5A (500mA) which is half of the old 1A phone chargers and a quarter of the newer smartphone chargers that output 2A. So ofcourse, do expect a slow charge when charging via PC/Laptop, especially with the later smartphones, which are power hungry.
