Man Utd membership question (self.reddevils)

hi, im not sure if this is the correct sub reddit i should be posting to, but i just recently bought membership to buy tickets and i get this message "Unfortunately, one or more items in your basket is assigned to a newly registered client, which is not allowed."

anyone else had this issue? cheers

Doesn't it depend on the competition the game is played in? For example I was under the impression Cup game tickets are preferential to longer existing members
