I'VE ATTACHED PERIOD PICTURES AS WELL AS THE SPECIFICATIONS GIVEN IN A 1979 ARTICLE FROM CARS MAGAZINE THE CAR WAS IN DRY STORAGE SINCE IT CAME OFF THE RACE TRACK IN 1995 IT WAS PURCHASED IN 2013 AND THE FIA CERTIFICATION WAS BEGUN IN EARLY 2014 AFTER INSPECTION BY FIA TECHNICIAN A COMPLETE NUT AND BOLT RESTORATION WAS BEGUN
ALL COSMETIC AND SUSPENSION COMPONENTS HAVE BEEN COMPLETED THE COSWORTH IS IN THE PROCESS OF FULL RESTORATION
THE CAR COMES WITH AN EXTENSIVE AMOUNT OF SPARES OF INCLUDING WHEELS AND GEAR SETS
THE BODY HAS UNDERGONE AN EXTENSIVE RESTORATION
ALL THE SUSPENSION HAS BEEN REBUILT AND IS READY TO GO BACK ON THE CAR
EVERYTHING HAS BEEN NICKLE PLATED AND ALL CORRECT ITEMS POWDER PAINTED
ALL THE ALLOY PARTS HAVE BEEN POLISHED

Specifications
CLASS: Modsport/Group 5.
OWNER/DRIVER: Ian Marshall of Macinnes. Sold to Peter Harholdt in 1982, sold to current owner in 2013
BODY: Lightweight Lotus Esprit with wheel arches and much of the interior cut away. The Lotus backbone chassis is employed, with fabricated suspension pick up points.
INTERIOR EQUIPMENT: Safety Devices roll cage and fire extinguisher.
INSTRUMENTS: Chronometric tach, oil pressure gauge, oil temperature gauge, water temperature gauge.
SUSPENSION: Front; There are top and bottom unequal length wishbones with March 763 uprights. The roll bar is 7/8 inch tubular steel and there is a tie bar for strength on the lower wishbone. Spax shockers with adjustable shoulders.
BRAKES: Front; Ventilated discs and 4 pot AP calipers. Rear; Formula 2 Lockheed discs AP calipers.
WHEELS: Youngblood 10"x16" and 14"x 16"
TYRES: Goodyear G64 slicks
STEERING: Jack Knight magnesium GRD rack, which means the steering column is canted towards the centre of the car.
ENGINE: Cosworth YB Valves per cyl: 4.
CAMSHAFT TYPE AND POSITION: Twin overhead.
CARBURETION/INJECTION: Weber DCOE 48's
INLET MANIFOLDING: Standard Lotus, polished
EXHAUST MANIFOLDING: by Mike The Pipe.
EXHAUST SYSTEM: Mike The Pipe 4 into 1.
OTHER DETAILS: Dry sump system by Racing Fabrications using Vega oil pump, mounted on the offside of the block driven off the crack pulley. The distributor is driven off the back of the inlet camshaft and the alternator is driven off the exhaust camshaft which would normally drive the air conditioning.
TRANSMISSION: HEWLAND gearbox.
FUEL PUMP: Bendix Blue top.
COOLING: Front mounted radiator and oil cooler fitted at rear.
ELECTRICAL: 12 volt Varley battery and Lucas Opus ignition.
OTHER FEATURES: Twin plate racing clutch by AP.
