First, swinger women are known to be a greater infection risk than prostitutes. Now, Swinger girls are promiscuous. But in the popular mind, most men would rather have sex with a girl who came out of a swinger party than a whore, as far as STD fear is concerned.

So, whatever the real threat which prostitutes represent, we know that it is nowhere near being as large as your grandma would have you believe.

Second, not all prostitutes are created equal. Street walkers are 80 times riskier than escorts. A swinger girl then becomes something like 150 times riskier than a high class whore; who tends to be rather paranoid about protection. She is safer, ironically enough, because she wrongly believes herself to be operating in a riskier environment.

I don't know how a cock carousel riders compares to a swinger. But women have been getting more and more promiscuous; the difference may not be as large as you imagine. Add to that the fact that 95-97% of STI infections are known to have nothing to do with prostitution, and it is not at all clear that a high end prostitute is more dangerous than your average 20-something liberated slut.

Put another way, making an appointment right is not only cheaper, less time consuming, a guarantee of return on investment for sexier women with little effort; but likely less dangerous than being Chad.
