Bitcoin 内の legosexual によるリンク In the past 2 weeks, I've had Coinbase ignore two support tickets (now 10+ days old) about bitcoin I sent which sent twice through their system, which I can't get back. I've had 3 buy orders cancelled. I've heard multiple people say sell orders have been cancelled. Is this the next MtGox?

For US customers, Coinbase uses the traditional ACH bank transfer system to collect money from your bank. The ACH bank transfer system is not built for speed – this is why the digital currency or deposit takes 4-5 business days to reach your wallet after initiating the purchase. Once Coinbase receives the bank transfer and the payment clears, the digital currency or deposit is transferred to your account instantly.

Please note that the estimated arrival date of your digital currency or deposit is provided on both the buy page or deposit page, once you enter your order, and on the confirmation page prior to submitting the order.

For future digital currency purchases, you can verify a Visa or MasterCard debit card and purchase digital currency instantly! You can do so on the Payment Methods page: https://www.coinbase.com/payment_methods.

Sorry you had this experience. Charges made by Coinbase will display the merchant name "Coinbase." These were not made by Coinbase. You should be able to report these charges to your card provider and receive a refund from them.
