/r/socialism banned the user who had drawn the banner they had for the sub after they looked into their off-site activities and found they authored the webcomic "Political Ideology Catgirls" (EDIT: http://politicalideologycatgirls.com/ ). Apparently depicting women with cat ears off-site was a thought crime or something, cat girl misogyny is turning women into domesticated animals. http://imgur.com/a/KC0I9

The community has revolted, calling out the mod team for being creepy and needlessly moral authoritarian, so much so that they went ON STRIKE: https://www.reddit.com/r/socialism/comments/5nrn7w/announcement_mods_on_strike/

Holy shit. If anything, she's an excellent asset for socialism and it's related ideologies. She's certainly not libertarian or right and she's using her artistic skills to illustrate the many flavors of socialism pretty well.

But it's so delicious seeing the left cannibalize itself. Yum yum!

I don't agree that seeing the left consume itself is a wonderful thing. I certainly love to see leftist assholes get their comeuppance, but more as a lesson to other leftists on how to not be completely awful.
