That sub seems to exist to put a more moderate and reasonable face on Trump's supporters.I used to be more hopeful about them (hey, maybe they're just mis-informed?), but that sub has done the opposite for me. It's made me realize that there is no backing down for most of these people off of their support for this dumpster fire we're about to call "President."

The normal flow of a post is this:

Title: "What do you think about -insert undeniably true statement here-?"

Trump Supporter's Comment: "I disagree with with 'undeniably true statement' because I disagree." Non-Trump Supporter's Reply: "But 1+1 equals 2." Do you disagree with that?" Trump Supporter's Reply: "It can't be proven, so no."

Trump Supporter's Comment: "I think we should be respectful of different opinions so I think the counter to 'undeniably true statement' should be given equal weight because I learned in 3rd grade that different opinions can matter."

Trump Supporter's Comment: "You're just brainwashed by the liberal media."

Trump Supporter's Comment: "Despite 'undeniably true statement' maybe being true I still hate Clinton"

Thanks, guys. You've failed in your mission to appear reasonable. That platform has only served to make you look even more silly. It's like watching 4th graders trying to justify the benefits of staying up all night and eating jelly beans to their parents. You won't listen to reason, facts, or even appeals to emotion. You've fixated on doing this dumb crap because it'll make you feel good for the night. You're going to regret it the next day, though, and you're parents aren't going to go easy on you because you fucked up and made a mistake. Enjoy your hangover from your tantrum. Reasonable people will be there to say "I told you so" and I'm sure you'll still blame us.
