Michael Moore, the Academy Award-winning documentarian who correctly predicted that Donald Trump would win the 2016 presidential election, is now urging Trump’s critics to engage in “100 days of resistance” starting at the president-elect’s inauguration.
“Trump gets upset if there’s 10 people outside Trump Tower,” Moore said on MSNBC’s “Last Word with Lawrence O’Donnell” on Sunday night. “What’s he going to think if there’s 100,000 or 500,000 (at his inauguration)?”
Moore added, “It’s important that everybody go there. This will have an effect. We have to throw everything at this. This man is slightly unhinged, if I can say that, and he’s a malignant narcissist. He’s going to be very upset if there’s a lot of people there.”
The Flint activist also added that he will be “busy busy busy” by leading “100 days of resistance” to Trump’s impending presidency. He will start by attending the women’s march, which he described as a “bold message” to remind the president-elect that “women’s rights are human rights.”
Moore also predicted that Trump would eventually wind up on the wrong side of a scandal.
