Time wasting, hobby or addiction? (self.reddevils)

Hi guys, have you ever stopped for a moment and counted how many hours/day you spent watchingg united/social media because of the club/ reading sport section etc? How many do you consoder normal / healthy? On scale 1-10 how hard it would be for you to stop for a month? No news regarding club whatsoever, no results, no matches. Please dont consider it shitpost, i am currently attending neuroscience course.

I am not gonna publish it pr use it for school. I already have a study on mouses loaded with ketamin and their memory, I eas just wandering, cause i thought sbout it last saturday and i takes away from my life cca. 15h/week and would be like 8hard. I am sorry if people consider it as shitpost.
