Hi guys, have you ever stopped for a moment and counted how many hours/day you spent watchingg united/social media because of the club/ reading sport section etc? How many do you consoder normal / healthy? On scale 1-10 how hard it would be for you to stop for a month? No news regarding club whatsoever, no results, no matches. Please dont consider it shitpost, i am currently attending neuroscience course.
