What I mean is I'm watching this LP of Might No 9 and boy is it horrible. Like how did the creator of Megaman miss the point this badly? Not to mention the amount of money this kickstarter got and the long delays. I honestly expected the gaming community to shit on this game. But I never hear anyone even talk about it.

Any other examples of something just not being talked about even thought expect it to?

I think mighty no 9 was written off as terrible before it came out so nobody was really surprised.

Most common question I've heard in reference to Mighty No.9 was 'Where did all the money Keiji Inafune received go', been gaming since I was nine in 1971 and can't fathom how a developer could earn so much money yet produce such mediocre content. Reminds me of that internet personality Anita Sarkeesian.
