Eat more fat. I know it sounds counterintuitive, but if you don't eat a ridiculous amount (which is hard to do because it is filling) it won't store if you keep your carbs low and stay active. I have a cup of cream with my protein shakes, one in the morning and one in the evening, two meals consisting of roughly 25 grams of protein, greens/fresh veggies, cheese, and I am losing the fat. It is called the ketogenic diet. I have slipped out due to increasing my carb intake, which I do periodically to feel out my carb limits and control the speed of the weight loss (not to mention remind me why I'm doing it). I do not feel hunger, and my cravings have become accurate to what my body needs. The body needs to be calibrated after years of abuse. I know what I need to eat, and I eat it. Hunger wouldn't kick in for at least 36 hours for me at this point. I have not tested longer.
