I got a bit annoyed when blueballed professor compared his bullshit to being Special Forces. I told him what was right, and the commenters:

called a woman (I'm a guy)

accused of Stealing Valor (I was active, am NG)

told I wasn't infantry (I am, Benning School for Boys)

was a tier 3 law grad loser (More accurate! Just a top 100 school grad and former prosecutor)

was infantry cannon fodder (that was BPP) (sorta accurate, but the idea of combat arms as cannon fodder is about a century old wrong)

called me a boot (my marine cousin would spit up his drink if I called myself a boot :))

I've always thought the TRP posts were mostly just mental masturbation for 19 year olds who REALLY LIKE THAT GIRL AND JUST NEED TO BE MORE ALPHA!!!

The MRP posts are their own sort of sadness. You can see these marriages exploding through the seams of these explanations. I think that some, though certainly not all, of these posters are ok humans who just stumbled into the worst possible place to get answers. It's awful that the advice given by these morons is going to end marriages and hurt children.
