Once I saw a young man, no older than 20 walking around asking for money. He said he needed money for a hostel, cause he had nowhere to sleep. He did not look like a junkie or anything. More like someone who might have lost his job and unable to get money from a parent or whatever. I wanted to help him but I had no cash. If he was a young woman someone would have called someone.
And another time I was on my way back from work. It was midnight, and I got some McDonalds before they closed. In the train there was this homeless man who looked at my food and got so sad. Then he slept. Poor dude must have been starving. There are women shelters that feed women.
There are so many ways that young women can get help. And everyone White Knights them and protects them. But what about the young men or the old men? The homeless men in need, who takes care of them?
