Well, he wont leave even if he isn't wanted, so yes, he is, in a way, back in the club's plans.

The club told him to leave in August, he said no even though the club had a plan to sell him to another club.

He sat at home collecting a fat check while making it seem as if he would go to the MLS in this transfer window.

Mourinho said that Schweinsteiger says he isn't leaving, and Mourinho has always stated that he doesn't sell players who don't want to go.

So, yes, in a way, Schweinsteiger forced Mourinho's hand to put him back in his plans, but he isn't wanted at the club at those monstrous wages.

yeah i know that, but no one is forcing jose to play bastian in the football team

he has been professional and is good at football hence jose must be choosing him. and the number of games is starting to bite too it sounds like

im sure there are many clubs that would take bastian on loan and pay part of his wage

IMHO its dumb to expect bastian to be happy to leave only a few months after he signed a new contract, from his point of view. even with the change of manager

but i fear i am straying off topic

its hard to find a good #6 or #8 there days. will bastian be in the short and middle term plans? More so if the title race continues to heat up for United

Jose said he wants to stay, so he's staying, which I take as code for "no one will pay his wages yet"
