[Serious Questions] for flat-earthers: (self.conspiracy)

I'm not here to argue against you directly but I wish to understand where you all come from and what lead you to believe what you now believe. I'm not after information on where you were born or who you are, but rather what experiences has led you to where you now stand on this matter. Thanks in advance.

I'm not a flat earther, but I can defend them.

NASA is a massive coverup, and most of us probably believe that. It's pretty obvious that there's more going on with space then just space shuttles refueling at ISS.

I looked into flat earth in 2015 because I believe in the multiverse theory, and the teachings of Nikola Tesla, in that, everything is simply energy in different forms.

Personally I believe the universe is not flat or round, it's mind.

The mind creates the thoughts, we process them, decode them, and use our free will to either accept them or turn away from them.

I think it is possible that the world we live in is some kind of endless flat plane; maybe a prison of some kind. Perhaps we're in a simulation of what Earth was in another universe or another time.

Perhaps not.

It's also likely that the flat earth movement was a ploy by the intelligence community to divide truthers and conspiracy types. For someone like me who LOVES space and the idea of space travel, it's a touchy subject.

Anyway, I think most flat earthers are just interested people who got hung up on the alternate explanations for things.

I seriously fucking hate people that downplay human accomplishment.

Pyramids??? Aliens

Moon landing??? Faked propaganda

Mankinds proliferation over other animals??? Alien interference

Were goddamn amazing, and when we put our mind to something we can almost do anything. Maybe this is all an illusion, maybe we exist in "your mind"...but the fact is we get up every day and keep doing it until we die; for the simple fact that we can.

I mean... I just researched into the evidence. Like most, I thought it was a joke. The various podcasts and other things I was watching at the time all laughed about how stupid the idea was, but I was bored one day so I decided to see how flat-earthers rectified the idea in their heads. After some digging I was surprised (and slightly nervous) at how far off my assumptions were and how sensible the idea was. It was honestly a tough pill to swallow. I used to love everything to do with space and extra-terrestrial life. Now I don't believe in aliens or any of the mainstream cosmology.

Read the name.

Basically by being a ballsy motherfucker who doesn't give a shit what anyone thinks. By loving people but understanding their lack of spirituality.

By seeing the flaws in everything in the world it was just the last stone to fall.

Sun and moon, same size. Random fact but we're meant to think we're random and by chance, yeah, right.

By simply following logic and reason you can clearly see we are being dumbed down and lied to. The question is how much. First you ask the little questions...

So maybe 9/11 is an inside job? Maybe the media is lying?

So maybe the moon landing is a hoax, Russia would have to have been a part of it.

So I guess the elite don't care about the environment because they purposely create more waste.

Ect ect.

Then you get to, food is literally killing us, wars are fought for nothing. Everything is the elite trying to make you torture yourself.

Then you get to physics and magic and see how we manifest our own realities mainly. You see how frame and perception changes everything. You see basically the inner working of the world.

Then you go onto flat earth and see that it could be true too. I don't see much good being done to us, basically much bad and much drugging. That's basically it.

The sun changes sizes in the sky. The water is flat. If I haven't lost you yet I'd love to hear your opinions on what I have said.

You have no idea how many people I have recommended this sub to who have come back to me with ridicule over flat earth posts. True or not (its bullshit) these people don't realise the damage to the reputation of the sub and the potential of flat earth bullshit to discourage new comers and subconsciously make them scoff at the term conspiracy. Almost as if this is the purpose of the theory
