You may be able to call a gynocologist's office to talk to a nurse. I've called my gyno's office a few times to do that. I'm not sure if you'd be able to if you aren't a patient there, but it could help! I'm sorry about your situation, I hope you figure everything out!

For what it's worth, at 15 it's pretty normal for your cycle to be a little hinky. It doesn't necessarily mean anything is wrong.

Even so, I'd suggest talking with the school nurse, or a friend's mom if you're close to one. You could also contact your local Planned Parenthood and explain the situation and see if they have any advice for you.

I'm so scared to reach out, I know that realistically nothing bad will happen, but there's such a stigma there. I once went almost a whole school day with TP in my undies instead of a pad/tampon because I was too scared to ask for one. I don't even know if there's a Planned Parenthood near me (misleading name for a place that's not just abortions), and if my parents found out that I contacted one, I'd be in for a (verbal) beating. My parents aren't abusive in the slightest, but they're scared of me getting older, and they're the type of christians that use the word "fornication" to describe sexual activity. God forbid they find out that I've been questioning my sexuality for a good few months (they think I'm straight).

Oh boy. Yeah, in that case, Planned Parenthood might not be the best solution, unless you can contact them from outside of your home.

I know it can feel really shameful to discuss something so personal, but you deserve to get the medical care you need, and you deserve to be able to use proper pads and tampons instead of wadded up toilet paper. If you really can't talk to your parents about it without fear of backlash, do you maybe have a friend's mom or even a female teacher you're close with who you could turn to?

Also, there's absolutely nothing wrong with questioning your sexuality, regardless of what your orientation turns out to be. But I think you're smart to keep it to yourself for now, if only to make your home life as comfortable as possible.

r/TwoXchromosomes is a great place to ask questions about being a girl so I'd suggest you ask there as well.
